4. Refund Policy for Our Services

4.1. If you have made a partial payment and do not want to go any further and you have notified us about the same within 48 hours then you are entitled for a full refund.

4.2. If you cancel after 48 hours, we will refund a partial amount depending upon the man hours put in to the project.

4.3. If you cancel after 7 days then you are not entitled for a refund.

4.4. If by any chance you are not satisfied with the end product then we will make the necessary changes till you are fully satisfied, but no amount will be refunded.

5. Pricing Information

5.1. The Pricing Information relating to the Product shall be as disclosed to you at the time of your purchase.

5.2. Mexagen strives to provide You the best prices possible on Products You buy via the Website. However, Mexagen does not guarantee that the price will be the lowest in the city, region, or geography. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice or any consequential liability to You.
